JCM: Uncatalogued #19

Here's a set that I'm trying to get more info on. At first, I thought it was earlier, until I found a cartoon-style front that made me think it fit more into the 1960s-1970s. The diagonal split back reminds me of JCM 15a, which was a 1972 release.
