UNC JCM Raised surface stamp cards

These are some type of toy/game card, that were released a few different times. It's plain blank-backed cardboard, card-sized, featuring the image in a raised material on the card. It's almost like these were meant to be used like a stamp (add ink and press down), but the image is not reversed.

These are the same size as JRM1e (2 3/4"), but feature a blue border around them (and Nishizawa has a thin yellow horizon line as well)

JRM 1h: 1949 Red/Green Background - Yellow Stripe variants

JRM 1h is the only set with a yellow stripe, but here are some others (which don't include the JRM1h requirement of listing the player's school)

I think these were originally thought to be more detailed versions of JBR 163: 1946 & 1947 B&W Street Clothes, but the glove image and the "small heart at the edge of the Marusaka logo connecting it to a second logo containing the letters SBP" seem to fit more precisely with JBR 164b.

Odd set of cards that almost seem like they are meant to be used as stamps - all of the illustrations are raised above the card, almost in a thick felt-like material. Clearly not meant to actually be a stamp (since the images aren't backwards) though.
