JCM: Uncatalogued #18 - JCM 132? B&W FIVE Digit Animal Back?

Here's another card that I found online. It looks like JCM132 Black and White 6 Digit, but on this card, there's only 5. And another blogger pointed out that he has a taba pack (and a display sheet) of a matching wrestling set, which featuers 3, 5, and 6 digit cards all together. So it's possible the 3/5/6 digit cards should all be lumped together as a single set. However, there's also the variant of the standard black box behind the front text, and no box (as is the case here). So maybe *that's* where there's a different set?
